At Babayloom, your peace of mind matters to us. We carefully source every product from trusted suppliers and inspect them before shipping. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — fair and simple.
🧾 Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
You may request a return, refund, or replacement if your order meets one or more of the following conditions:
- Damaged or defective item received.
- Incorrect product or missing items in your package.
- Order not received after the estimated delivery time (usually 45 days for U.S. orders).
- Tracking shows issue or lost in transit confirmed by the shipping carrier.
🕒 Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
🚫 Not Covered
We cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Orders delivered successfully but where the buyer changed their mind or ordered by mistake.
- Items with no proof of issue (photo/video required).
- Packages delayed due to customs, incorrect address, or local postal service issues outside our control.
📦 How the Return Process Works
If your case qualifies:
- Contact us at team@babayloom.com with your order number + clear photos or video of the problem.
- Our team will verify with our supplier (CJdropshipping).
- You’ll receive one of the following:
- Replacement shipped at no extra cost, or
- Partial or full refund, depending on the situation.
Note: In most cases, physical returns are not required, as international return shipping can be costly and time-consuming.
🔁 Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to get another item, we will process a refund first and you may place a new order.
