Digital PDF Products
For digital PDF products, the 30-day window starts from the day your PDF is delivered to your email.
If there is an issue with your PDF order, please contact us within 30 days of email delivery.
If you did not receive your PDF, please check your inbox, spam folder, junk folder, and promotions folder first.
Physical Products
For physical products, the 30-day window starts from the day the item is delivered to you.
Items must be unused, unworn, clean, and in the original packaging.
Please do not send anything back before your return is approved by BabayLoom.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, email us first so we can review your order and send the correct instructions.
- Send your name and order number.
- Send the email address used at checkout.
- Tell us if your order was a digital PDF or a physical item.
- Share the reason for your return request.
- Wait for approval before sending any physical item back.
Return Shipping
After your return is approved, we will email you the available return details.
For eligible physical items, USPS pickup may be available, so you may not need to go inside a store.
We will explain the next steps by email after your request is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you with the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method.
