Where we started
Three weeks old.
We almost lost him.
We laid him flat — exactly the way every guide told us to. He seemed unsettled. He kept waking gasping. We didn't know what was wrong until a doctor explained silent reflux.
When a baby lies flat, stomach acid travels back up without a sound. No cry. No cough. No warning. A newborn cannot clear their own airway. We had to resuscitate our son. That night changed everything.
We searched for a product that held him at an incline, kept him settled without holding him all night, and passed every safety standard we could find. Nothing existed that did all three. So we found the closest thing, tested it obsessively, and made it right.
