30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unworn

It must be in the same condition you received it

Original tags and packaging must be included

Proof of purchase is required

To start a return, contact us at team@babayloom.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions and a shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items (USPS Pickup Available)

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect

Contact us immediately at team@babayloom.com so we can resolve it quickly.

For approved damaged or defective items, we will:

Provide a prepaid return label

Arrange a USPS pickup from your door when applicable

We believe fixing issues should be easy and stress-free.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care products
Hazardous or flammable materials
Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:
Return the original item (once approved)
Place a new order for the desired item

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason.

Returned items must be:
Unused
In original condition
With original packaging and proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
